We would like to publish a first working draft of some of our issue papers to be able to gather feedback. They are not final versions and we know further work is required.

On Monday's call we agreed to do this CFC (call for consensus) by email within a week to look for major issues, to give people a chance to say if they see anything that should delay a first working draft. Small editorial changes are not reasons to object unless they are offencive. (Although you can add comments to changes for the first drafts<https://docs.google.com/document/d/187NtfTTIs_gpq6gL4zcKqLcNs2qyValFRpoGKrvZt6U/edit?usp=sharing> if you see minor changes that are not objections.) ) If we have the CFC the next step will be asking our parent working groups to publish them so we may get more feedback then.

  * If you see issues that you think we should not continue with the process as it is, please let us know by responding to this email!
  * If you have other issues, but they are not necessary in this first working draft, please add them to our document at changes for the first drafts <https://docs.google.com/document/d/187NtfTTIs_gpq6gL4zcKqLcNs2qyValFRpoGKrvZt6U/edit?usp=sharing> .

I will continue to add the editors, acknowledgments and reference section. I will send out a separate email with the acknowledgments so that everyone can check their affiliation etc.

Please respond with
* +1 to go ahead and publish the below papers as a first working draft
* 0 if you do not object to moving ahead with publishing the below papers as a first working draft
* -1 if you object. If you do object, also give your reasons.

Please respond by the end of day on Sunday the 16th of November 2026.If you do not respond within that time we will take it as agreement with this CFC.
