The US changed their clocks this weekend and our call is linked to Boston time.
Anywhere outside the US that has not changed their clocks will be an hour earlier! (Until your location also changes the clocks for summer.)
SO I think the times for the normal coga call next week are are:



Time

11 am Eastern Time

3 pm  UK Time

5 pm  Israel

8.30 pm India
