Re: Link checker issue in ARIA APG repository

Just to give an update about this.

- I don’t think the script is adding a colon to the links. That’s not the reason why it fails
- There are actually some genuine 403s, like the one coming from the university of Illinois, which I also couldn’t access manually
- W3C is updating our CloudFlare setup to reduce malicious requests, and this may have an impact on how request coming from this scripts are treated.
- I am currently discussing with our Systems Team to determine the best approach so that we can have a reliable link checker back again.
