Good morning, I would like to comment on how your guidelines may be used by different websites. To not provide accessible web content. I suffer from early-stage Dementia and as such find it difficult to follow written instructions on web pages. Instead of providing a link to provide feedback. They ask you to log on to their website but to do this you have to open an account. When I complained about this to "Neighbourhood Alert Support Request #207145" instead of taking it as an avenue to produce a better method for disabled people, they quoted that they follow your guidelines. While I agree that your guidelines deal with content alone. I think that Dementia has hidden complications that could also be taken into consideration. If this is a matter that has nothing to do with you, I apologies for contacting you Dementia is new to me, and I didn't know the extent discrimination is with regards to this disease. "Security" should not be used as an excuse for discrimination. Yours faithfully Derek Maddock
