Welcome to the community! We're very happy to have you with us.

There are many ways to contribute. For example, you can:

   - Join our bi-weekly community meetings and participate in the
   discussions.
   - Help improve and review the specification documents.
   - Contribute to our GitHub repositories through issues, discussions,
   documentation, or code.

A great place to start is by joining the community meetings. They are the
best way to understand what the community is currently working on and where
help is needed.

I also live in China (Hangzhou), so if you happen to be nearby someday, I'd
be happy to meet in person.

One more thing: it looks like there was an issue with some of our previous
meeting minutes not being delivered to the CG mailing list. The most
complete and up-to-date meeting records are available on GitHub, so we
encourage everyone to read them there.

Finally, we'd like to warmly invite you to join our weekly community
