I agree with Larry's outline.

But I believe that occasional face-to-face meetings/events are worth
while, as the engineers get to talk to each other directly, and
resolve problems more quickly than electronic mail.  Having test
setups on the Internet for most testing should be the
primarly, but not the only event.
