The Memphis agenda http://www.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/http/hypermail/1997q1/0653.html seems to imply that SAFE used to be linked in the issues list once. What happened? Anyway, I think that SAFE should be in the issues list, and thus in the charter. I think it is safe to assume that we won't have the manpower to close on UAHINT, so I don't mind us dropping that. >Larry Koen.
