There should be a DAV:revision property on a revision that gives you
this URL, but I don't see it in the spec.  I'll add one.

   I know that this question has been asked before (I've probably been told at 
   least twice :-) but, ... how do you get the stable URL to a revision?

   By "stable" I mean one that does not resolve through versioned collections 
   and therefore lend itself to picking different revisions in the face of 
   different workspaces.
   From the spec. it looks like a gruesome multi-stage process.
