Subject: New versioning spec. available

I asked Chris Kaler to revise draft-ietf-webdav-versioning-00 based on the
feedback he received at the last design team meeting, and submit it as an
Internet Draft.  Since Geoff submitted another draft recently, some work
needs to be done to reconcile the two drafts -- good thing we have a design
team meeting on the 10th and 11th!
