HTML Tidy (vers 26th July 1999) warns about these nested lists.

 Warning: <ol> isn't allowed in <ol> elements
 Warning: <ul> isn't allowed in <ol> elements

Section 10-1 of the HTML 4.0 spec says, "Lists may also be nested and different list types may be used together".
