Yes, our main version is a paid product.

 

We do have a free Windows version for personal/educational, non-commercial downloadable here:

And a free limited version of our Linux and Mac command line tool here:

All our paid and free versions could be helpful to anyone wanting to check their HTML and CSS with an offline solution.

I imagine, Albert, that the W3C Validator team are waiting for you to release a free version of your CSS HTML Validator.  "Buy Now" and "Guaranteed to improve your website or your money back." are a pretty clear indication that what you are offering requires a financial outlay on the part of the user.  If I am mistaken, do please point out from where a free version may be obtained.
