anchor tag

For some years now, the anchor tag is allowed to have other tags 
inside.  Please stop reporting this as an error.  For instance it is 
allowed to have an img tag inside the a tag,


So <a href=...><img src=''' /></a>

Is correct.  Nu keep son complaining that the slash is missing from the 
start of anchor tag


Otherwise good work.
