An error in the Validator

Validating http://89.96.255.21/imssea/
Error: there is no attribute "name" "|<form name=*"*aspnetForm" 
method="post" action="Default.aspx" id="aspnetForm">|"
Error: document type does not allow element "input" here; missing one of 
"p", "h1", "h2", "h3", "h4", "h5", "h6", "div", "pre", "address", 
"fieldset", "ins", "del" start-tag.

i'm a web developer trying to validate a new web site xhtml 1.0 strict. 
When i try to validate the code by the address the validator say to me 
that there are 2 errors while my code is correct.

- my form don't have the "name" attribute but is "|<form method="post" 
action="Default.aspx" id="aspnetForm">|"

- my "input" element is between <div></div> tag

if i cut and paste the source code of my web site, the page is validated
