Hi, a random idea inspired by... http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=file%3A///etc/passwd ...in the /dev/tests/ list. The /check/referer could prepare a file upload form if it sees a file:///- or file://localhost/-URL. Example, for... Referer: file:///d:/misc/test/homepage/httpd404.htm ...offer to validate d:/misc/test/homepage/httpd404.htm by upload (on a special "bad file:-referer" error page). Off topic: What's going on with www.w3.org, I get only 500 bps or worse, is it only me (HTTP 1.0 and V.90) or my ISP (each traceroute www.w3.org is different) ? No problems with validator.w3.org.
