Reminder : CVS HEAD codebase is not usable at this stage

I suppose this is something worth reminding from time to time, as long 
as the current state of affairs with the code remains:

* If you wish to retrieve source from CVS for a local installation, use 
the validator-0_6_0-branch branch. the CVS "HEAD" code is not usable at 
this point. *
