image dysfunction

Hello. How are you? I'm curious to learn why I cannot insert photos into my webpage.

as an example but no such luck. I've double checked my path and it's sound. my e-mail address is sahrsankoh@hotmail.com any troubleshooting pointers will be strongly appreciated.
