[css-masking] Rename mask-box* to mask-border* (was: Re: [css-masking] lc issue 2: rename mask-* properties)

Hi,

Per CSS WG resolution from today, I renamed all mask-box/mask box properties and terms in the CSS Masking specification to mask-border/mask border[1].
