The change log for the 15 February 2011 working draft of CSS Text Level 3 notes that the definition of text-overflow has been moved to the candidate recommendation of CSS3 Basic User Interface Module. However, the latest version of the UI Module listed on the current work page is from 11 May 2004 and does not include the definition of text-overflow. What document should be used as an informative reference for text-overflow? Is there a public version of the UI Module that includes text-overflow?
