The best I can find is within the MathML 2.0 spec:

This includes a reference to a sample base CSS for MathML:

http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/WD-MathML2-20030411/appendixg.html

Which suggests to me there is no Math-specific module in
CSS3 - just MathML 2.0 which is "organized to facilitate better interaction between MathML renderers and CSS style mechanisms"
