Unfortunately, unknown DTDs don't seem to trigger the strict mode in current
Mozilla builds. I hope it's an oversight. I filed a bug
(http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43274) and if need be, I'll
continue to argue as streneously as you did so that it gets fixed.
