HTML 4.0 Specification Errata contains no date of last modification from Robert Legros on 1998-09-02 (www-html-editor@w3.org from July to September 1998)

The document

(HTML 4.0 Specification Errata) does not contain any readable
modification timestamp. The date specified in the title '24-April-1998'
refers only to the main document version (HTML 4.0 Specification). It
should be replaced by something as 'since 24-April-1998, last modified
on 29-June-1998'.
