I am adding you to the list on http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/html40-updates/translations.html and to the W3C email list for translators as described on that page. w3c-translators@w3.org HTML 4.0 includes support for Hebrew, based upon Unicode and markup for controlling right to left, left to right and mixed direction text. Are browsers available in Israel with support for Hebrew fonts? It may take the main vendors a little time to fully support the internationalization features in HTML 4.0 but they are committed publically to so doing. p.s. sorry for the delay in replying.
