Worldwide Typography and How to Apply JIS X 4051-1995 to Unicode

I'm sharing Michel Suignard's paper and presentation with his permission, as I think people who is interested in Japanese typography, JIS X 4051, JLREQ, and applying it to a Unicode software would be interested in seeing this. He was a little worried that this is way old and maybe outdated as this was written and presented in 1998, but I still see this is a valuable document, and he was kind enough to give me the permission to share. Thank you Michel!

UAX#14 UNICODE LINE BREAKING ALGORITHM, Examples[1] refers this paper as [Suign98].
