webarch abstract: extra para?

I'm surprised to see "information space" and that
whole 1st para in the abstract in
  http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/webarch/

I had these 2 questions projected and I brought them
to the group's attention:

* I left out "information systems"; is it needed in the abstract?
* I left out "people and software retrieve, create, display, analyze,
relate, and reason about resources"; is it needed in the abstract?"

Did you re-think it or something?

I thought we were aiming at just the "The World Wide
Web uses relatively simple technologies ..." paragraph.
