Videos "Web Accessibility Perspectives": Inquiry about licence and reuse

Dear Editors,

Thank you very much for developing and sharing the informative Website Accessibility Perspectives videos.

I work for the Verwaltungsakademie Berlin, a public institution in charge of the training and continuous education of the civil servants in the city of Berlin.
We are currently developing an online course about digital accessibility for our staff and we would like to include in it the videos "Web Accessibility Perspectives".

In order to do so, we would need a copy of the videos to be able to publish them in our online course with German subtitles and transcription.
Unfortunately, we can not embed the original Youtube Video from your channel because EU data protection regulations prevent us from using Youtube in compliance training for workers in the civil service.

In the Youtube channel, the videos are licensed with a Creative Commons Attribution Licence. Would it be possible to obtain a copy of the videos and the permission to publish them in a training course adding German translations/subtitles?
Of course, we will clearly attribute the videos appropriately and provide links to the source.

In case you need further information about our institution or our project don´t hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for your time,
Victoria Castrillejo
