Thank you, Patrick. I had a 2.0 reference hanging around. This was improved in 2.1, and of course in the 2.2 technique you linked.

The technique for improvement on an unlabeled glyph is still a good one, though.

Ah, I see that later updates for this technique actually corrected it to
be about instructions, rather than use of icons/glyphs.
