RE: Audio visualisations

Further to Sarah’s comment…

I am an absolute newbie to W3C so I hope this is the right way to ask a question.

The W3C standard seems to have set the bar low for sign language users. That’s users with a preference for signing over written text. We also know digital literacy is potentially much lower for this demographic as a result.

Is there anyone with a particular interest ‘out there’? 😊

Hello

Listened to a fascinating talk today about audio visualisations to incorporate the experiential aspect of sound rather than just the informational aspect for deaf users. Is this something that WCAG has considered including in the guidelines at all?
