Haha, yes, these are my feelings too. Blocking content just because it is
user generated is not accessible.

Quick follow up. Canvas text is excluded as it is classed as an image. What
is the situation with SVG text? I am thinking of PowerPoint type diagram
SVG containers with text content where the text size is defined by the user.

As you may know, SVG does not wrap, thus position is by coordinate.
