(unknown charset) Re: Survey about digital accessibility evaluation and monitoring practices

Your survey link seems, speaking personally, to violate 2 guidelines, I am 
providing them below.

Guideline 4.1 Compatible: Maximize compatibility with current and
future user agents, including assistive technologies.

Guideline 2.1 Keyboard Accessible: Make all functionality
available from a keyboard.

In  fact, the *google* form you are using presents an error stating that 
the survey cannot be loaded at all.
Again, this feels like technology privilege, as in only those personifying 
disability as we define the term, including tools they must be used to 
participate in our search for knowledge get in the door.
If I am wrong, I am happy to be corrected,  but what happened to the 
technical baseline clause only applying when you can insure equal access, 
because in-house you can insure equitable distribution of that technology?
