Well the gap there is (leaving aside sites that tried to limit/block 
viewport zooming/user-scale altogether) that it doesn't offer resizing 
while simultaneously reflowing. But purely from a "can text be made 
bigger/smaller", zooming on mobile (which results in horizontal and 
vertical scrolling) is still acceptable.
