You must remember that that view is not static, it is moving. The user will move it into an area to read and most likely will move it around the area.

If you have ever used one you will know they will not just stop when they have the beginning of the sentence/phrase right justified in their view.

Herin, very good point about screen magnifiers. I was thinking of the heading making sense in the context of its proximity to the radio group, but you are correct in pointing out that a user of a screen magnifier may not have enough in their view to make that inference.
