Re: Use cases for WebRTC Next Version

Here are some use cases involving users who are Deaf, hard of hearing, or
have limited speech.
- Support hearing carry over and voice carry over (HCO/VCO)
- Prioritize video quality for sign language
- Where voice is provided, also provide a real-time text function

US Revised Section 508 has a similar clause, apparently limited to hardware
but still relevant for its use cases.
