Hi Emily, I think they have done the right thing at the Maine site - the main menu items are links; the target page in each case has the sub-menu items readily available. Today, for the first time, I have seen a sample accessible DHTML menu at accessibility.nl (http://www.accessibility.nl/amenu3/) that is pretty good!
