where does one read the other 86% of the papers? way too many Social-Network-Analysis + Entity-Extraction papers in the accepted bunch imo > on the term 'data silo' which, imho does fit on open RDF data. silos are everywhere on american farms, doing innocuous things. quite like the silo in my browser powered by https://github.com/antoniogarrote/rdfstore-js via indexedDB also
