systems engineering ontologies, a survey

(the list has been quiet after all)

While working on related projects,  I found several 'fragments' and
attempted starts for systems engineering ontologies/vocabularies, but
nothing in the public domain that can be publicly accessed/ reused that I
could find. Am I missing something?

I have started to survey of what may be out there, please enter some details
in the form below if you know of something
that would fit
and kindly circulate freely also to other lists, thanks a lot
