Of course note. A Browser is actually a native application to its host 
operating system, that provides Web Page browsing. As much as you would 
like to shoehorn everything into a Browser, the fundamental fact is that 
such quests are limited and rife with increasing pain and frustration.

A Browser is one kind of application that can interact with services 
over an HTTP network.

In my experience, there no such thing as good monoculture.
