The editors believe that issue #74 has been addressed in the -06 drafts. Specifically, it specifies that newly defined headers SHOULD constrain their field-values to US-ASCII characters; recipients SHOULD treat non- ASCII characters as opaque data. -- Mark Nottingham http://www.mnot.net/
