Regarding the document Extensible
<http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/REC-xsl11-20061205#border-collapse>  Stylesheet
Language (XSL) Version 1.1, section 7.28.3 "border-collapse":

The following information is missing from the section XSL modifications to
the CSS definition:

XSL changes the initial value from "separate" to "collapse".

Please fix.
