Summary: what image formats must be supported?
           Product: XSLFO
           Version: 2.0 Working Draft
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: XSL-FO
        AssignedTo: liam@w3.org
        ReportedBy: liam@w3.org
         QAContact: xsl-editors@w3.org

Should there be a list of image formats that "MUST" be supported, e.g. PNG?

What about formatters or devices that can't do images at all?
