The FO subgroup proposes the following change:

ipd/bpd percentatge base:

in 7.15.3 and 7.15.7 add to the end of the sentence

The percentage is calculated with respect to the corresponding
dimension of the closest area ancestor that was generated by a
block-level formatting object.
