XML STAR File validate

Good Morning,
    I am going to try to use the XML STAR Format for exchange data 
between cars manufacturers and local dealer systems and I would like to 
know whether there exists a dedicated DTD file to check theirs validities ?
   
    I did some searching but was not able to find anything related to 
this...
