outdated link in XSLT recomandation

Dear editors

While reading the latest Recomandation of XSLT at
http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt, I found that in section 12.3 there were a
link to the JDK 1.1 specification
(http://java.sun.com/products/jdk/1.1/docs/api/java.text.DecimalFormat.html)
While following the link, I was surprised to see that is was outdated.

This is much ennoying since it is in the normative part of the XSLT
specification.
