Possible Typοgraphical mistake in XSL Specifications

A small typographical mistake has been made in the XSL specifications at the
end of section 6.9.1. Below is the code where with the mistake is (line 1
char 10) <fo:block">. The quotes should not be here it should be <fo:block>
. The code (copied from the specification text) follows:
