XSL 6.5.1.1.1 Example Description Error

I believe the fourth paragraph of 6.5.1.1.1 after the Input Sample has
an error where it states:

'...the optimum of the "space-after" of the first paragraph is greater
than the optimum of the "space-before" of the second paragraph'

According to my reading of the subsequent XSL Stylesheet, "greater
than" should read "less than", i.e., 7pt < 8pt.
