Editorial comment: AVTs on xsl:output

Hi,

Just an editorial comment. In Section 18 (Serialization) it says:

  "All attributes on xsl:output are interpreted as attribute value
   templates."

But the name attribute on xsl:output is not interpreted as an
attribute value template (I think - if it is, the syntax description
should be changed).
