msxml3 and Cocoon

I have created a stylesheet running off the msxml3 parser, and it works fine off

The problem however arises when the xml and xsl files are put on an Apache
server that runs Cocoon.  The output is an absolute mess.

Does anybody have any experience of Cocoon and its associated problems?
