Suggestion for XSLT-1.1 specification

A way of embedding documentation would be very nice.
Currently this can be done in the top node, but it could
also be done inside a special tag (like xsl:ignore) which
would then skip any internal content.  If a documentation
methodology was to be introduced, a tag named
xsl:documentation would perhaps be appropriate.

So what I basically ask is a way to have structured
comments.

Is this feasible?
