Re: fo:retrieve-marker

For the CR "retrieve-marker" has been included in the "neutral" category in
6.2 and the text for this category has been changed to add that in addition
additional constrants listed for each FO applies.

None of the definitions of FOs appear to specifically permit
fo:retrive-marker
as a child or as a descendant. The only indication I see of where this FO
may
appear is found in 6.11.4:

Consraints:
fo:retrieve-marker is only permitted as the descendant of an
fo:static-content.

However, the definition of fo:static-content, in section 6.4.19, does not
mention fo:retrieve-marker.
