In 6.6.5 fo:external-graphic in list after "The following properties 
apply to this formatting object:" the property [7.11.4 "display-align"] 
is listed twice. 

In 7.11.4 "display-align" in the list "Applies to: 
fo:table-cell, fo:region-body, fo:region-before, fo:region-after, 
fo:region-start, fo:region-end" the fo external-graphic is missing or 
the reference in 6.6.5 is wrong.
