Hello,

in section 7.13.8 "space-treatment"

the enumeration of possible values of space-treatment in the xsl 
definiton is not complete. the values ignore-if-before-linefeed etc. 
are missing. 

imho the name space-treatment is rather unfortunate, because you 
are talking about the handling of "white space" and you kept this 
name for white-space-collapse
